There are some interesting statistics which were gathered by recent real estate agent surveys by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV). Some of the highlights are that only 2.3% of Metro Vancouver home buyers are foreign investors, 18.5% are local/domestic investors, and 32.2% are first time home buyers.
